Paris, the City of Light, is renowned for its rich history, stunning architecture, and vibrant cultural scene. While the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, and Louvre Museum often steal the spotlight, this time yet another spectacle captivated us whilst on our visit to the Jardin d'Acclimatation. This enchanting experience brought a touch of the Far East to Paris, illuminating the city with a dazzling display of lights and colours.
The festival featured hundreds of intricately designed lanterns, each telling a unique story. From giant dragons and mythical creatures to delicate flowers and historical scenes, the lanterns were a feast for the eyes and a testament to the artistry and craftsmanship involved.
Even though the visit to Paris was impromptu, the chance to visit Jardin d'Acclimatation for this lantern festival was enchanting. We had an enriching experience and even the rain could not dampen our spirits.
